Try the traditional Pilates apparatus created by Joseph Pilates — including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrels, magic circles and foot correctors. Our
teachers will guide you around a circuit so you can experience each piece of equipment.

This is a fun class suitable for everyone, it includes aerobic moves in the chair, some strength work using bands, weights, drumsticks and other small pieces of equipment and finishes with a gentle stretch.

This fantastic Pilates class suits everyone, done on a mat or chair for those who find floor movements difficult. Using varied equipment, it offers a fullbody workout with fun and accessibility for all abilities.
