Life Arts is again providing a weekend packed with complementary therapies, spiritual guidance, health advice, meditation space, workshops and healing music.
Chris Cozens, who established Life Arts in 1998, has been organising Mind Body and Spirit Events since 1999 and ensures all exhibitors are selected by merit, integrity, experience and professionalism.
Life Arts has supported local charities since 1999. This event supports the Helen Rollason Cancer charity. I am proud to say thanks to all your fantastic support, we have fundraised so far for this charity an amazing £35,000!

Colchester welcomes 13th annual Mind Body Spirit Festival this October
Life Arts will bring the Colchester Mind Body Spirit Festival back for its 13th year, running from Friday 17 – Sunday 19 October 2025 at Marks Tey Parish Hall, Colchester, Essex (CO6 1EJ).
The three-day festival is one of Essex’s most popular wellbeing events, offering a vibrant mix of experiences to inspire, nurture, and uplift.
Visitors can enjoy
- 65 stands — with more than 40% brand-new exhibitors for 2025
- Live music and performances
- Delicious food & drink
- The Buddha Cave Meditation Space
- Crystals, jewellery, and natural products
- Taster treatments, shamanic healing, and readings
- Inspiring workshops and talks on mindfulness, wellbeing, and spirituality
New attractions for 2025 include
- Equinox Spinal Flow – a therapeutic approach for back pain
- Jo Tiller – offering wise and trusted readings
- Anna – exhibiting artistic ceramic sculptures
Popular workshop themes also return by demand, including Sound Bath Meditation, Self-Healing, Meditation and Mediumship Demonstrations.

Founded in 1998 by Chris Cozens, Life Arts has been running Mind Body Spirit festivals across East Anglia for more than 25 years. The events offer a welcoming space to explore holistic living, connect with like-minded people, and discover new ways to look after mind, body, and spirit, all while raising money for local charities.

The Marks Tey Parish Hall is situated just off the A12 – between Colchester and Chelmsford.
Parking is free and this event is wheelchair friendly.
