Nourishes your heart & soul
Our next event is Colchester Mind Body Spirit Festival 17-19th October at Marks Tey Parish Hall.
Life Arts is again providing a weekend packed with complementary therapies, spiritual guidance, health advice, meditation space, workshops and healing music.
Chris Cozens, who established Life Arts in 1998, has been organising Mind Body and Spirit Events since 1999 and ensures all exhibitors are selected by merit, integrity, experience and professionalism.
Birthed out of a Lonely Lady’s laundry overspill, GYM’s songs depict the bittersweet edges of domestic life, love, and the quiet loneliness of womanhood. She brings her womanly wit with a whimsical flair, full of fun yet raw emotion, to the stage!
She Brings the Rain are two versatile musicians from Harwich, Ruth and Jim, who play folk music at festivals and local events. Playing original songs, covering music they love and making it their own with great wit and talent, this is certainly not one to miss!
Craig Lucas, who is from and currently based in Suffolk, is known to perform cover songs and original material. Craig can be found at open mic nights in Suffolk, raising money for charities by performing gigs, or even busking on the streets of Suffolk.
Some of Craig’s musical influences include James Arthur, Sam Fender, and Conor Mason. His dynamic playing style compliments his poetic lyrics in order to create his emotional music. However, he has also been known to record a variety of musical styles including Rock, Pop, Metal, and alternative music. Craig has plans to release his original music for sale soon
