Welcome to the Life Arts Festival frequently asked questions (FAQs). This page brings together the most important frequently asked questions about our Mind Body Spirit events across East Anglia, including Colchester, Woodbridge, and Ipswich. We hope these insights will guide you through everything you need to enjoy a relaxing, inspiring, and uplifting experience at Life Arts.

Big enough to give you plenty to do for one, two or three days, but not too big to be overwhelming.
Woodbridge began in 2000 has around 850 visitors, 45 stall holders, workshops/talks and stage performers.
Colchester has around 1200 visitors, 65 stallholders, workshops/talks and stage performers.
Trinity Park is our latest event and began in 2022 – we had 1400 visitors. Has around 100 stands: dedicated Yoga Space, Talks Space and Workshops Space, Readers Room and Meditation Space plus day ‘live’ music stage.
Guided meditations are conducted throughout the day. No experience is needed and it’s a great opportunity for the experienced and inexperienced alike to chill out and relax for a bit. If you get along with it, there will be ample advice on how to continue the practice in your life.
Definitely – this is the perfect environment to find out a little more without feeling foolish. Everyone is here to help newcomers as well as those with a lifetime of experience.There is no pressure to partake in anything and you can feel free to wander around and just look at what is going on.

Each event is unique and prices start from £4.50 for concessions with special passes available for fast-track earlybird access including a Gold Pass for access to all starting at £9.50. Discounted multi-day passes are available.
Note:
Our events are disabled and dog friendly & U16 can get in for FREE if accompanied by a respnsible adult.
At each event, at least 40% of the exhibitors are new, so even if you have attended before there will be something different for you to enjoy.
Yes – there is ample parking.
Ipswich and Woodbridge – 10am – 5pm Saturday & Sunday
Colchester is a 3-day event – 1pm – 7pm Friday, 10am – 4pm Saturday & Sunday

We like to encourage lift sharing and using public transport as sustainable options. There is free parking at all venues except in Woodbridge where it is pay and display in the town centre.
Talks and workshops by exhibitors and visiting speakers are always included at Life Arts festivals. Also, mediumship demonstrations and meditation sessions.
Expect a wide range of exhibitors, readers and therapists, carefully selected by merit, integrity, experience and professionalism. Our focus is wellbeing, mental health, holistic and spiritual advice and support, nutrition and alternative practice
Accompanied children under 16 come in for free. Accompanying carers also come in for free. Reduced price for pensioners, students, NHS workers and low waged.
A variety of hot and cold food options, including gf, df, vegetarian and vegan are available. And meat!
All our venues are fully accessible; everyone is welcome!
We welcome well behaved dogs at all events
Tickets on the day are always available, with a discount for 2-day entrance. Cash and card payments available. For fast-track early bird entry, we advise to obtain advance tickets online via Eventbrite.
