Life Arts Events: Your questions answered...

How big are the festivals?

Big enough to give you plenty to do for one, two or three days, but not too big to be overwhelming.

Woodbridge began in 2000 has around 850 visitors, 45 stall holders, workshops/talks and stage performers.

Colchester has around 1200 visitors, 65 stallholders, workshops/talks and 8 stage performers.

Trinity Park is our latest event and began in 2022 – we had 1400 visitors. Has around 100 stands: dedicated Yoga Space, Talks Space and Workshops Space, Readers Room and Meditation Space plus day ‘live’ music stage.

15 minute guided meditations are conducted throughout the day. No experience is needed and it’s a great opportunity for the experienced and inexperienced alike to chill out and relax for a bit. If you get along with it, there will be ample advice on how to continue the practice in your life.
