Chris Cozens, who established Life Arts in 1998, has been organising Mind Body and Spirit Events since 1999 and ensures all exhibitors are selected by merit, integrity, experience and professionalism. 

Parking is free and this event is wheelchair friendly.

Make time for your wellbeing – have some TLC and nurture yourself!

East of England’s most popular Mind Body Spirit Wellbeing Festival is returning to Trinity Park on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September 2026, 10am to 5pm. Focusing on wellness and wellbeing, explore reflexology, massage, yoga and mindfulness, take guidance from mediums or tarot readers. Find support for mental health, men’s health, and women’s health. Browse the exhibitors and enjoy amazing live music and food stalls.

Chris Cozens Life Arts’ is celebrating 27 years with this huge event – he said, “This is the biggest and most popular mind body spirit and wellbeing show in the East of England.  We have selected nearly 100 ethical exhibitors, have 50 activities from talks and workshops to yoga and stage acts. Most important Life Arts supports Emmaus Suffolk and will donate £1 of every ticket sold going to the charity – so by coming you will be helping support the Suffolk’s homeless. The festival focuses on mental health and personal development this year.”
